One of the most pleasant discoveries during my spring trip in Portugal this year was definitely the small charming fishing village of Santa Luzia (Algarve region) located between more known towns of Faro and Tavira. Such a village, where most of the activity takes place early in the morning, when the fishermen come back with their fresh catch and once all the catch has been sold, and it turns back into a quiet sleeping village. Santa Luzia has a beautiful promenade with mainly fish restaurants that offers you a beautiful view on the harbor, where the moored boats are waiting for their next trip. Let’s go for virtual stroll along the harbor of Santa Luzia:). A real treasure in the Algarve.
