This week, I will show you some doors that I’ve photographed in the famous Portuguese student city of Coimbra. A few years ago I had also been there once, and a revisit was a priority during my Portugal autumn trip. Sometimes you have a connection with a city that is difficult to describe. Maybe it’s kind of like home feeling? Coimbra has a bit of everything: student city that gives the city young vibes, cheap eateries / accommodations, a very picturesque center, steep and hilly, fantastic architecture, a beautiful botanical garden and in the small corners throughout the city you can admire small street art pieces. A city to which I will always return when I have the chance. Enjoy my Thursday Doors of Coimbra:).

I really like your door photos.:-)
What great doors again. Of course I like the graffiti door and the tall ones too.
Beautiful doors. I do so love Portugal. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to visit this year. Hopefully next year I will be able to.
Lets hope that things gets better next year. Portugal is so beautiful. Gr Stef
